The "Agricultural Systems of the Future at the DAFA Conference

From 11-14 March 2024, the conference "Agricultural Research on Climate Change" of the German Agricultural Research Alliance (DAFA) will take place in Potsdam. The conference will present and discuss the current state of science on key topics in the field of agriculture in a changing climate. One focus will be on promising approaches for future production systems and the use of agricultural landscapes, as well as climate protection.
On 13 March 2024, the "Central Coordination Office" jointly led by IGZ with the Research Institute for Regional and Urban Development ILS and the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF), together with the consortia of the BMBF funding line "Agricultural Systems of the Future", will organise a session entitled "The Transformation Pathways of the "Agricultural Systems of the Future" - Transformative Research within a Funding Line".
In addition to keynote speeches, participants will also have the opportunity to actively discuss issues relating to transformative research and develop solutions in mini-workshops. Registration for the DAFA conference is required.
